1.What is the difference between the WiFi version and the 4G version?

The device has navigation, music playback and parking assistance functions. However, to connect the radio to the Internet, you will need to use your smartphone as a modem. Therefore, for car owners who actively use the Internet while traveling, we recommend purchasing a device with 4G functionality. Keeping the phone in modem mode all the time can quickly drain the battery.

2. Does it include a rear view camera?

Product accessories do not include a rear view camera. If you are interested in a rear view camera, please purchase it separately;

3. Does it support original/external microphones?

Please note that the accessory does not include the original microphone adapter. There is a built-in microphone in the radio, if you want to use an external microphone, you can connect it via an RCA cable.

1. How to connect the rear camera?

1) The red wire ② is connected to the reverse light "+".
2) The black wire ① is connected to "GND".
3) The reverse sensing wire ④ (brown color) is connected to the red wire ③ which extends from the video input wire. Please follow the picture below to connect.

2.Why don't the steering wheel controls work?

Please confirm first whether the accessory includes Canbus.

1) The product is not equipped with Canbus. If you purchased V1/V1.C/V1 Pro/V1 Pro.C, please go to Car Settings-General-SWC Type-Learning Type.

2) The product is not equipped with Canbus. If you purchased V1 Plus, please go to Settings-Car Information-SWC-Learning Type.

3) The product is with Canbus. Please check the 8 pin interface of the connected Canbus cable first, then choose the Canbus type. The steering wheel controls will work. If you don't know the Canbus model, please contact customer service.

3. How to connect Carplay and Android Auto wirelessly?

For the first time connection, you need to turn on your phone's Bluetooth to pair it with your car's Bluetooth.
After pairing is successful, the car stereo will automatically switch to the Zlink or AutoLink interface.
At this point, the phone displays a message asking "use carplay with Zlink or AutoLink".
Then turn on your mobile phone's Wi-Fi and carplay will be connected.

4. How to connect wired Carplay and Android Auto?

Please use the original data cable to connect your phone to the 4-PIN USB cable, then activate the Carplay/Android Auto function on your phone and the "AutoLink" or "ZLINK5" icon on your device to connect.
