What is the NTG system?
NTG is the acronym for New Telematics Generation of Mercedes Benz Cockpit Management and Data system (COMAND) .
As time goes by, Mercedes Benz started from COMAND 2.5 and the latest current version is COMAND NTG 6.0 (MBUX) from 2019.
How to check Mercedes NTG version?
We turn on the Mercedes-Benz head unit and enter the main menu interface.
We can simply distinguish the difference between NTG 4.0/ NTG 4.5/ NTG 4.7/ NTG 5.0/ NTG 6.0(MBUX) from the following picture:
